It's a very fun experience, especially during a cold winter day. The portions are generous, the meats are delicious and I enjoyed the side vegetables and noodle. It's a tad pricey but we were well fed. Service was ok, perhaps slow.

Definitely a Japanese must in Montreal.They offer fair priced sets.We got the Futari set for 2 persons / 80$ total) which include :- Choice of broth - each person can choose its own- Sesame (goma) and soy sauce- Wide variety of vegetables- Tofu and rice cakes- 3 types of meat- Noodles (udon and ramen)- DessertThe whole set is definitely enough quantity, trust me! Service could be a bit friendlier, it was a bit rushed, but overall a nice atmosphere :)

Came here as it was recommended on the MTL site. Really enjoyed my dinner, and the staff were super friendly and attentive! We tried both the house and sukiyaki soups. I personally preferred the flavor and sweetness of the sukiyaki. Meats came in quick and were a plenty compared to what I expected. It was nice to just order the couples set and be done with ordering as well.

Had the combo for 2.Spicy broth is good as soup personallySukiyaki for who likes sweetThe dessert today were delicious!The cake within mashed red beans is yummy.Matcha ice cream doesn't have a strong taste of milk and it's a little bitter combined with sweet which is tasty

This Shabu Shabu place is PHENOMENAL!Food is high quality and the quantity will make you full way before you get to the dessert.Important : Please make a reservation days before your dinner. You can call them or write them on Facebook Messenger.I recommend their special menu, where you can get all 3 meats (beef, lamb and pork) which changes every season or month? If this isn't available, the beef is the perfect meat. Sukiyaki broth is recommended.I also recommend to take their drinks : i tried the Yuzu Lemon and the Yogourt one. LOVE both of them.The service is IMPECCABLY PERFECT! Love the friendly service where the staffs greet you, explain the menu and make sure everything is fine during the meal.

Always super good to eat here. Quality of the food is on pair with the menu. Even have a choice of super quality meat for an extra. Service is always excellent with a smile. The owner always come to see if. We are satisfied and to make sure everything is perfect. We been coming a few times per year for almost over 16 years and still the same excellent restaurant! We recommend it!
